All prices shown are guide prices from the amounts listed and are based on dogs that are groomed regularly, have well-maintained coats.

We understand that knots and tangles can happen, and we'll always do our best to remove minor tangles gently and comfortably during your dog's groom. 

If extra time is needed to safely work through heavier knots or tangles, an additional charge of £10 per 20 minutes will apply.

If your dog's coat is severely matted, brushing may cause unnecessary pain or discomfort. In these cases, the kindest and safest option is often to clip the coat short. 

We will always try to contact you where possible and discuss this to obtain your consent but please note if we cannot reach you, your dog's welfare is our priority. A £15 additional charge will apply to cover the extra time, care, and equipment required, in addition to the quoted grooming price.

Regular grooming appointments help keep your dog's coat healthy, comfortable, and free from matting, and we're always happy to recommend a grooming schedule that's right for your dog

Any complaints regarding your dog's groom must be mentioned to us within a 48 hour period after the grooming treatment has been completed.

To clarify, we have no medical training and are not a vet. Diagnosis or treatment of medical issues for your dog is not part of our service.
